What are the Indefinite Integrals?

Understand Indefinite Integrals. Click on the link to Watch the VIDEO explanation: Watch Video

Indefinite Integrals
f of x is called the integrand, F of x is called the particular integral and C the constant of integration.
Method of Substitution
If the integrand f of x of the integral is not in an integral form, the variable of integration x is changed to a suitable variable z. By substitution, differentiation and simplification, the new integral is found to be integrable.
Integration by parts
integral of the product of two functions is equal to first function into integral of second minus integral of second into d by dx into first function into dx.
If the integrand is the product of two functions of different types, then their order is determined by the word ILATE where
I is equal to Inverse trigonometric
L is equal to logarithmic
A is equal to Algebraic
T is equal to Trigonometric
E is equal to Exponential
In the integrand , the first function is the function which comes first in the word ILATE.
